How do I get jobs listed in my Careers Tab?
There are two ways to begin listing jobs in your Careers Tab.
Existing Jobs: If you already have jobs listed on your company website or at another service like Monster.com, and do not wish to list your job through Gigs.ly, you can "shorten" the URL to your existing job listing and then publish it to your Careers Tab.
New Jobs: If you want to take advantage of all of Gigsly's awesome features including the ability for applicants to "Apply with Facebook" than you can select "Create a New Job" on the Gigsly homepage. Once you have filled out all your details, you can publish the job to your Careers Tab.
How do I make the Careers Tab my default tab?
Go to any Facebook Page where you are an Administrator.
From the "Wall" select "Settings" and then "Default Landing Page for Everyone Else"
From the drop-down menu, select "Careers & Jobs"
How Do I install the Application if I am not our Facebook Page's Administrator?
Applications can only be installed on Facebook Pages by Page Administrators.
If you are not currently an Administrator, you can request to be added as a Page admin. Every admin can manage the Page from their own Facebook account using the "Page Manager" application that will appear in the left hand column of the Applications section once they become an admin for a Page. Every admin has equal access to and the same abilities as the other admins for a Page, however the original creator of the Page may never be removed by other Page admins:

Does this Application integrate with job listings we have already created?
Yes!! If you already have job listings on your company website, or listed through another service such as Monster.com, you can still feature these jobs on your Facebook Page using Careers & Jobs. By going to
http://gigsly.com you have a choice. You can either a) create a new job listing through Gigsly, or b) you can "shorten" a URL to an existing job. Once shortened you can publish these links directly to your Facebook Page. When an user clicks on the Gigsly Link or applies to a job listed in the Application they will be redirected to your existing job listing. Note: Posting a job directly with Gigsly provides a much better hiring experience
What happens when someone applies for a job?
When someone applies for a job from your Facebook Page, or if someone clicks on on of your job listings they will be brought to the job listing at Gigsly.com (unless you are using our URL shortener). From this page users can submit their resume and application or share a job with friends.
Persons submitting applications and resumes can be managed from the Dashboard. The person who created the job listing will also be notified by email every time a new application is submitted.
What is the "Dream Job" feature?
The Dream Job feature is a proprietary feature of Gigsly that allows all businesses using the Careers & Jobs Application to actively recruit, whether or not they have an open position. Many businesses with powerful brands on Facebook have very passionate users and communities who want to engage --- and work -- for them. If a user visting your Careers Tab does not see the exact position they would like, or if there are no open position, they can still submit an application and resume for future consideration. Gigsly stores all these applicants for you allowing future access at any time.
